Architectural Control

Do I need approval for my building project? The answer is, "Probably yes!"

Check out the building code before you make a change at your property. The code covers architectural changes, new builds, changes in paint colors and shingles, new decks and out buildings, driveway construction, site lighting, fencing and more. Check out the Code and meet with the Architectural Control Committee BEFORE you begin your project.

The Architectural Committee reviews all construction plans in Hide-A-Way Hills Resort.  Plans will be approved or disapproved based on the Building Code. A copy of the building code can be obtained in the Clubs office or at the link below.  Plans must be received in the HAH office seven days prior to the meeting.
