Wording for Article II, Section 4, HAH Code of Regulations
Section 4…Dues & Assessments. The dues of members shall be the assessments imposed pursuant to this Code of Regulations, as amended from time to time, and paragraph 8 of the Deed Restrictions for Hide-A-Way Hills as to said lots and parcels.
Effective January 1, 2019 the Normal Lot Assessment for a lot or parcel (whether developed or undeveloped) owned by a member or members, is $168.53 per month.
Effective from January 1, 2020 through May, 2021 the Normal Lot Assessment shall be $188.53 per month.
Effective from June 1, 2021 through December, 2021 the Normal Lot Assessment shall be $208.53 per month.
Effective January 1, 2022 the Normal Lot Assessment shall be $228.53 per month. The currently established schedule for cost-of-living increases in the Normal Lot Assessment based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI-W) shall be suspended for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022, during which the above specified amendments take effect.

How & When Do I Vote?
1. Attend the HAH Annual Meeting on August 18th in the Lodge Dining Room to get your ballot and vote. Registration begins at 1:00. You must show your membership card to obtain a ballot. The meeting will be called to order at 1:30. The ballot box will be opened following the meeting and closed at 3:30 p.m.
2. (RECOMMENDED) Submit a written request to the Office for an absentee ballot between July 4th and July 24th. Return it in the provided envelope by 4:30 pm on Friday, August 16, 2019 or email it to the HAH Office at HAHOffice@HAHClub.net.
