Members can request either absentee or electronic ballots from July 2 to July 22, 2026 for the August 16, 2026 Annual Membership Meeting.
Monthly assessments and Road Assessments must be paid through July 2026 before absentee or electronic ballots will be issued. All FULL assessments receive 2 votes (2 ballots).
